The Summer Honey represents the peak of Sonoma County's diverse annual flora. As the heat sets in, the bees shift their focus to robust, drought-tolerant plants such as star thistle, clover, and blackberry. This longer, more intense nectar flow yields a thicker, more viscous honey with a deep, golden hue. Its flavor is significantly bolder and richer due to the higher concentration of sugars and minerals. 

Our honey is ethically harvested, always left raw (never heated), and contains zero additives. Produced seasonally in small batches.
