Raw Spring Honey
Spring Harvest: The Nectar of Ephemeral Blooms
Our Spring Honey is a direct reflection of Sonoma County’s awakening ecosystem. Produced early in the year, this honey is characterized by a high moisture content and a delicate, often pale color. The bees forage on the first available narcissus, mustard, and orchard blossoms (like plum and apricot), resulting in a subtly floral, slightly herbaceous flavor profile. This rapid-crystallizing honey offers a fascinating lesson in terroir, embodying the light, fresh energy of the season before the main summer flow begins.
Our honey is ethically harvested, always left raw (never heated), and contains zero additives. Produced seasonally in small batches.
